MD Nicci Flynn was a semi-professional cyclist and student before joining the marketing world. He attended an interview at a sales and marketing company, purely on the pretext of earning some money over the summer, but was instantly hooked by the level of enjoyment and satisfaction he experienced as well as the amazing scope for progression that the business presented.

What type of person are we looking for?

Sales/Promotions - We are looking for people who are really outgoing and confident. You have to be very well presented and articulate. it’s a very lively, fast-paced office so we are looking for the type of people who thrive in that sort of environment. Does that sound like you, yeah?

Development Programme - The managing director is looking for people who are ready for a career, not just a job. Ideally, candidates should be very self-motivated, articulate, ambitious and have a strong desire to succeed.

Event marketing experience is not essential as the development programme encompasses all areas of running and managing an event marketing company. What is essential is a fantastic, positive attitude, and a real desire to learn and be developed.

The people who are on the business development programme are the people who are going to take our company forward, so are very determined and focussed with a clear plan of where they want to be.
